Editing an Acceptable Use Policy

An Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) can be edited within the RM Management Console.

To edit an AUP

  1. From the left-hand pane, expand Picture of the Acceptable Use Policies icon Acceptable Use Policies.

  2. Choose the AUP you want to edit. A preview of the AUP content is displayed in the right-hand pane. A newly-created AUP will not contain content, so the Preview display area will be blank.

  3. Optionally, you may first need to import new or replacement content for your AUP. See Related Topics.

  4. Click the Edit button. An Editor window is displayed.

  5. Edit the AUP as required. There are standard text formatting tools available for your use, and an Insert Image tool.

  6. When you have finished, click OK.

The updated AUP content is displayed in the Preview section.
